I’m not still doing interviews but I have written in detail about birth trauma - psychological and physical - as well as OASI and birth injuries; how to heal, the fact that healing isn’t always straightforward or completely possible, the resources available, the importance of physical and mental health support and the fact that that support often needs to be organised separately 💛
